Corosmoke’s 500gm Smoked Platters are a wonderful treat. Hand-sliced Kingfish and/or Tuna, and sliced Warehou lavishly surround large fillets of Trevally. The finishing touch is added with a good helping of our famous Smoked Mussels, and slices of our wonderful Cold-Smoked Salmon.
