The Coromandel Smoking Company’s Large Smoked Seafood Platters offer a massive 1kg of smoked delights. Typically arranged around a juicy Smoked Kahawai side or large fillet of Smoked Trevally, are delicate slices of Tuna, Kingfish and Warehou.
