About Us

The Coromandel Smoking Co. was established in 1997 to produce a range of smoked seafood.


Today we still use the methods and techniques from the first days of the Coromandel Smoking Co. We continue to smoke our products on a daily basis, to customer and wholesale orders, using only natural manuka.


Our products are available online and in store from our deli.

 

All our fish and mussels are smoked on a daily basis on site. We have a range of cut and pre packed products for retail customers and whole fillets (skinned and boned) or sides of fish for our wholesale customers.
